Thanksgiving North 2008
That tent was the hit of the weekend!
Jim and Kathy did a fabulous job setting up for the cold stay.
We arrived Friday late morning. Once we were
north of Plymouth NH we hit heavy snow with near White Out conditions. No worry,
slowed down and took it nice 'n easy. Being a day late we missed the big day and
dinner, Raves all around for a fabulous meal.
Now we were there for LEFT OVERS! Pot luck Friday and Saturday
night found very creative dishes.
That little stove kept us warm even on the
coldest nights! Saturday evening the temps dropped to 12º

4 Rigs braved the frigid North
Sunrise was just plane awesome each day
Saturday Per and Family headed an excursion up a mountain trail directly across the street from the campground. We headed up the road to do a little Geocaching. Great weather Saturday made for a wonderful time to enjoy nature.
Can't wait for next year!

Leon and Michelle brought a couple of plaid (fall colors) cloth tablecloths and a deep green table runner for the Thanksgiving day feast.
