Interior:

Tambours in excellent condition.
Galley counter top in excellent condition.
Solid floors through out, Pergo laminate in living /galley area, new carpet in center bed room hall, new linoleum in bath.
Existing refrigerator was missing, replaced with double stack, (used) Dometic Refrigerator / Freezer, refrigerator works on propane only.
Original Magic Chef stove/ broiler oven in excellent working condition. Stove top glass bead blasted and painted with High Heat enamel.
Tambour missing under sink counter, custom swing doors installed.
Gaucho reupholstered, Excellent condition.
Home made (some ones) curtains and blinds.
Original Twin Mattresses, Excellent condition.
Original Wall cushions. (Groovy pattern)
Replaced original pocket door to bath, Excellent condition.
Shower wall covered in new (loose) vinyl This needs to be refinished.

Electrical:

Univolt replaced with "Centurion" 65 amp converter.
New 30 Amp plug end installed
AC breakers, tested, in working condition.
All AC outlets tested, in working condition.
DC (ceiling) lights all working.
New towing pig-tail installed and tested.
New AC Delco battery
New Battery terminal ends
 

Exterior:

Original "Zip Dee" awning in "like new" condition.
Paint (pearl in color) in very good condition.
No "dents" in exterior panels. (minor dings, not uncommon for the age)
New 30 gallon (steel) Propane tanks.
Curb side wrap window was replaced with Plexi Glass.
Tires, fair, of unknown age, should be replaced.

Plumbing:

Original Faucets through out, Excellent condition
Replaced existing Hot water heater with "used" 3 year old, 10 gallon, Atwood, with new access door panel, manual light.
Original water pump in excellent working condition.
Water line to water pump replaced with Copper and flexible tubing.
Toilet, in good condition (was replaced)
